WHAT TO EXPECT:
This eye cream does not contain materials that keep the natural ingredients from separating. For this reason, we recommend shaking the jar vigorously before the first several uses. Storing the jar in a cool environment will reduce separation before uses.
Remember, this is an organic product—it may take some getting used to, but the benefits and results are definitely worth the extra little "shaking" the product needs to get the ingredients back together.

Directions for usage: Eye cremes are designed to super moisturize the finest skin on your face. When you apply eye cream always use your ring finger or pinky to apply products around the delicate area of your eyes. Your pinky and ring finger are weak by nature and force you to apply gentle pressure.

I really like this eye balm, but it needs to come in another type of container or a pump. My jar leaks around the edges of the cap, so when I shake it (gently) the oil comes out all over the place. I wasn't sure what to expect with this eye cream, even the first week, I was skeptical. I had to shake the jar for a while for the first week each time I used it. The longer I used it, it required less shaking each time. This is my 4th purchase, I will NEVER buy another eye cream again. Number one... you can't beat the price. Number two... it's organic!
