- Orders received by 1PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed online after this time will be shipped the following business day.
- Free shipping is available to customers with shipping destinations within the continental US only.
- We ship via USPS Priority or FedEx, whichever is more ideal depending on the shipping destination. Overnight shipments do not include Saturday or Sunday.

A representative will get back to you with a RAF# and proper return instructions. NOTE: returns sent back without a RAF# will not be tracked or refunded. Thank you for your cooperation.
